 As a former collegiate football player at Morehead State University, NCAA Interception Leader, three-year starter, and team captain, Justin is fitted with the expertise to help you reach your fitness goals. Along with his B.A. degree in Sports Management, Justin specializes in athletic training, weight loss, muscle building, and core work.

He offers small group and athlete training sessions.
